PDF versions....A FREE FOR ALL!
I have just completed the Animal Friendly-Customer Smart Workbook -- People Skills for Animal Shelters
and Rescues, 3rd Edition 2024. This will be the final version as I am retiring from the field after 40 amazing years
of providing workshops and materials to humane organizations. As
my retirement gift to the field, I am making this 3rd Edition 2024 available in PDF form essentially free to animal welfare
organizations. This 2024 version has two new chapters along with updated materials and photos throughout. It
has 140 pages while the last version had 113. A. WORKBOOK:
You decide whether to print the PDF for your staff to use with pen/pencil, or you share the PDF online so staff can
use it on their devices. B. FACILITATOR'S GUIDE:
The 2016 Facilitator's Guide is also available free to you as a PDF. It is not updated to include the lesson plans for
the two new chapters in the 2024 workbook. However it is useful as a companion to the new workbook because it still
contains lesson plans for 10 chapters plus a guide for Facilitator's on how to march out the program. C. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: The small fee you pay for the PDFs will be used only
to update/support/maintain the website so that as many organizations as possible can access these materials.
D. PLACE YOUR ORDER: Step 1: If you are based in the U.S., please submit the administrative fee (based on your projected usage)via
Zelle using the address: info@ShelterSkills.com. International organizations, please email me a note with your request).
Step 2: In the comment section that Zelle provides,
please note: a. The name of the organization and your name b.
Number of copies of the Workbook and/or Facilitator's Guide you will use c. Email address
where I should send the PDFs. Zelle is the only method
of transmitting funds in the U.S. at this moment. It is easy to set up at your end or can use a personal account and
request reimbursement. The Zelle notification you receive after sending serves as your receipt.
